Active Welding System 3 Pneumatic

Formerly known as AWS3.The OP-AWS3 Active Welding System combines pneumatic weld heads / weld pincers (F- and FP-series) with an inverter power supply (ISQ-series) all in one unique system. Its various interfaces make OP-AWS3 an easy to integrate system for automation. The complete system is an integrated solution providing process control, monitoring and quality analysis all in one.

The Omega™ 8000 CO₂ cleaning module is designed to operate 4 independent channels of CO₂ spray. By converting liquid CO₂ into solid CO₂ particles that are ejected out of the nozzle, it is possible to clean a wide variety of substrates. The CO₂ spray is combined with heated air propellant to form a non-condensing spray, leaving behind no residue after cleaning.

Machine Quality Management (MQM) tools ensure soldering equipment – whether reflow, wave, or selective – is performing to specifications. Keeping a machine operating within its set tolerances sets a good foundation for product quality and high-yield operations. ECD MQM pallets use the M.O.L.E. thermal profiler as the data collection device, enabling the use of one data acquisition system that can be used across soldering equipment platforms.

The V-M.O.L.E.™ is a full-featured compact thermal profiler that belies its sophistication in an easy-to-use 3-channel Mini-thermocouple configuration. Ideal for VERIFICATION of PCB profile performance, 3 channels give you Hot, Cold and Sensitive component data for verifying the correct oven settings.

Radiometers provided calibrated irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density values (J/cm²) in one to four bands. Profiling Radiometers also provide the irradiance profile (W/cm² as a function of time) which is useful to further understand the UV conditions and compare UV systems.

The A6000 is a hardware/software system designed to assist in-line SMT production and find missing components, component errors, polarity errors, and rotation and offset faults. It is intended to minimize machine errors and human errors before they multiply in production. The hardware part includes a chassis carrying an XY axis system equipped with a camera producing high quality images and capable of inspecting all types of electronic components in top view, up to chip 01005 format. By automatically comparing a sample or the entire production, ExtraEye reduces operator fatigue and helps maintain stable and compliant production.
