    Our floatation units, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, are powerful and efficient installations that reduce the concentration of sludge in wastewater to be treated. The term flotation refers to the removal of a sludge layer that floats on the surface of the water after molecular separation.
    Operating principle: The flotation system works by molecular separation of the water and the specific sludge to be treated, allowing its removal via a pumping/capture system for sludge and supernatant.

    Our batch water treatment systems are powerful discontinuous treatment installations.
    Operating principle: The system consists of a single reaction phase occurring inside a tank, generally made of plastic. Inside this tank, chemical reagents are dosed to first generate a flocculation process, followed by sedimentation (precipitation of condensed particles). Additionally, the system is fed at the inlet by a pump that may be equipped with stainless steel (AISI 304) shredding blades for mechanical destruction of large sludge particles, and at the outlet by a pneumatic pump for sludge extraction with a PVC suction hose. The installation is compact, easy to use, and fully automated, including level controls that can be positioned either in wastewater or treated water tanks or within the system itself.
    Production from 250 to 2,000 L/batch. Several batches possible per day.
    Water Energy’s range also includes degreasing equipment, filter presses, sludge compactors, reverse osmosis units, chemical dosing systems, demineralizers, and all our projects are customized according to the client’s requirements.
