System designed for processing ultra-viscous products. It consists of a “butterfly” agitator that “pushes” the highly viscous product into the dispersion zone (where the double dispersion disc is located).

This range of solvent recovery system (Distatic series) is dedicated for low volume treatment (from 15 to 230 litters batch).

Our agitators, tailored to customer needs, are designed for fixed storage or production tanks of up to 500 m³. Our customized solutions are efficient, durable, safe, and easy to maintain. They are integrated and adapted to the tank regardless of its shape or capacity, with a sealing system to ensure safe operation, even in ATEX environments. The low rotational speeds used result in minimal wear on agitator components. Maintenance and cleaning of the agitator are also straightforward (compatible with CIP solutions).

Our VISCO JET® laboratory and pilot plant agitators are small, powerful, and efficient. Specifically designed for the development phase in the laboratory, they are suitable for daily use with products ranging from liquid fluids to very viscous fluids. Tests are conducted in beakers of small to medium sizes (up to 600 mm in diameter and 900 mm in height).

Our floatation units, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, are powerful and efficient installations that reduce the concentration of sludge in wastewater to be treated. The term flotation refers to the removal of a sludge layer that floats on the surface of the water after molecular separation.
Operating principle: The flotation system works by molecular separation of the water and the specific sludge to be treated, allowing its removal via a pumping/capture system for sludge and supernatant.
