These high-volume centrifuges Z 446 and Z 446 K achieve a throughput of 68 x 15 ml conical tubes or 28 x 50 ml conical tubes at a max.RCF of 3434/4346 xg. If higher speeds are required, we also offer e.g. an angle rotor with a max. RCF of 14532/16022 xg for 10 x 50 ml. The fixed-angle and swing-out rotors are suitable for almost all aplications in everyday use in clinical, industrial and research laboratories.

Hielscher ultrasonic laboratory devices are compact, easy-to-use and extremely versatile. They can be used for the processing of a variety of organic and inorganic materials in a wide range of volumes. Typical applications of ultrasonic homogenizers include sample preparation, disintegrating and cell lysis, homogenizing, dispersing and disaggregation, particle size reduction and the acceleration of chemical reactions (sonochemistry). Hielscher offers a wide range of ultrasonic homogenizers to be used for these applications in a wide range of volumes from approx. 50µL to 2000mL. The nGauge AFM uses micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) to control the X, Y and Z position of the tip. This means that no alignment of lasers is required.

Many applications require biocompatible hardware. To meet this growing demand we have developed a unique line of connectors. This product family includes column couplers. Our guard column connectors include different styles that deliver low swept volume and help maintain column efficiency.

Our Sample Trap Columns are optimized for protein and peptide separation/purification. We offer these columns in conductive and nonconductive, packed and unpacked versions. They are ideal for separating and concentrating and/or purifying biological samples for mass spectrometer. The heart of the Sample Trap is a fused silica capillary column. Available phases for our capillary columns include a Reversed-Phase, High Carbon Load C18 5µm/300Å Spherical Silica material and a SCX (Strong Cation Exchange) 5µm/85Å material.

NanoTight Fittings are specifically designed to connect 70 μm–1 mm OD capillary tubing to any standard 10-32 coned port normally intended for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing using the NanoTight Tubing Sleeves. The fittings can also be used to connect any 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing.
