    Our Micro-Splitter Valves are ideal for LC-MS and other multi-detector systems, fraction collectors and post column reactions. The ideal placement of these valves is on the effluent side of the detector flow cell, at a maximum pressure of 800 psi (55 bar). Or select our high pressure graduated option that can withstand a maximum pressure of 4000psi (276 bar). Choose between 1/4-28 and 10-32 threaded versions.     Our Selection Valves are biocompatible & inert and deliver a low swept volume. Their unique design allows for minimal dispersion. Our selection valves come conveniently in both manual standard and bulkhead-mount versions. They have a pressure rating of up to 1,000 psi (69 bar). We offer two versions – one for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and another for 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing available in two configurations: standard manual and bulkhead-mountable manual. A valve mounting bracket is available to secure the bulkhead-mount versions to a lab bench or counter surface.

    Biocompatible Shut-Off Valves effectively stop a flow stream quickly. The bodies are manufactured from either PEEK™ or Tefzel® (ETFE) with a rotor, making them highly resistant to chemical attack. Try one of our ETFE valves, which turn at a low torque and hold to 500 psi (34.5 bar). The blue colorant used in some valve configurations has proven not to leach out with most common HPLC solvents. Connect semirigid polymer tubing, such as PEEK or Fluoropolymer e.g., FEP, PFA, with the Flangeless Fittings provided. Soft tubing, such as Pharmed® or Tygon®, may be connected to these valves using our 1/4-28 barbed adapters.

    Our Fittings Tools are designed to assist you with your connections. Our Extender Tools are excellent choices to aid it the imperative tightening process. can be used to tighten most of our knurled nuts in hard to reach places. For precise tightening, the extender tools listed with 1/4 inches hex drives are designed to adapt to any torque wrench with a female 1/4 inches socket, such as the VHP-4000 Torque Driver. Our durable wrenches are slotted to fit over 1/16 inches and 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing, and have 1/4 inches and 5/16 inches internal hex ends. Our wrench is designed to engage with the heads of the hex-head fittings most commonly used with our valves and stainless steel fittings. For your convenience, we offer wrenches in three easy to use standard sizes. Our tools also feature FlushNut™ wrenches, used to tighten the FlushNuts.     MicroTight Tubing Sleeves feature an outer diameter of 0.025 inches and offer a wide assortment of inner diameters to help facilitate capillary tubing connections with our MicroTight accessories. Because the sleeves are manufactured from PEEK polymer, they carry an upper temperature threshold of 125 ºC. To use these sleeves properly, choose a sleeve with an inner diameter 0.001 inches – 0.002 inches (25 – 50 μm) larger than the outer diameter of your capillary tubing. Then, slip the sleeve over your flow path tubing, such that your tubing extends all the way through the sleeve, but not beyond the end of the sleeve. Choose the correct fitting that corresponds with your receiving port, slide it over the sleeved flow path tubing and connect as normal.
