Our Super Flangeless Fittings provide the highest pressure holding capability in a flat-bottom fitting system that we offer. Our unique design eliminates loosening of fittings due to tubing twist and holds tight even through vibration. Our high pressure fittings are excellent for tubing assemblies and those times when connections need to be broken frequently.

This all-PEEK One Piece Super Flangeless Fitting/Assembly is very easy to use and is an excellent choice for those connections that need to be broken frequently and tubing assemblies because they swage onto the tubing Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK, it offers superior chemical resistance. It has an M6 or 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom port configuration Fitting and both ports are for 1/16 and 1/8 OD Tubing. Designed for use with Fluoropolymer tubing only.

Our Super Flangeless Ferrule Assembly is designed specifically to eliminate loosening of fittings due to tube twisting, holds tight even during vibration and delivers consistently high performance. It delivers the highest pressure holding for flat bottom fittings that we offer.

This Stainless Steel Super Flangeless FlushNut ensures durability and chemical resistance. It is excellent for use with tubing assemblies. It also eliminates loosening of fittings due to tube twisting, hold tight even during vibration and delivers the highest pressure holding for all of our flat bottom fittings that we offer. FlushNuts offers the answer for those tight-space applications where nut heads often interfere with each other. It has a 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom port configuration and is for 1/8 inches, or 1/16 inches, or 1/32 inches outer diameter tubing.
