This Toroidal Conductivity sensor head is part of the AdvantEDGE probe system that allows a direct connection to a PLC for seamless integration with industrial control systems. Use any computer to display data, calibrate and customize the measurement without an intermediate analyzer electronics box. A LD500 local display can be used if desired. Sensor heads are pre-calibrated and can be replaced or exchanged with any other type of sensor without taking the system down. Save space, time and money.

Typical applications of ultrasonic homogenizers include sample preparation, disintegrating and cell lysis, homogenizing, dispersing and disaggregation, particle size reduction and the acceleration of chemical reactions (sonochemistry). Hielscher offers a wide range of ultrasonic homogenizers to be used for these applications in a wide range of volumes from approx. 50µL to 2000mL. Debubblers utilize a porous Poridex membrane to rapidly clear bubblers from locations where bubble introduction cannot be avoided. When Poridex is used as a degassing transfer line tail it can also remove dissolved gases in locations where a standard degassing chamber won’t fit. Due to the porous nature of Poridex it can only be used with water based solutions without detergents or emulsifiers.
