SH-GIC7000 is a full-automatic and intelligent on-line IC for atmosphere, which can detect anions and cations in TSP, PM2.5, PM10 and dustfall to meet the testing requirements of HJ799-2016 and HJ800-2016. The instrument runs continuously for 24 hours and can work continuously for 20 days after one maintenance.

Full plasticized flow system, dual suppression mode, all-weather continuous operation, remote control, remote data transmission and so on make the IC has perfect and advanced solution ability, which brings automatic, intelligent and humanized instrument application experience to users.

• Leakage Alarm

If there is liquid leakage in the pipeline, the D150 liquid leakage detector will detect the liquid, and a red prompt sign will appear on the computer and the touch screen, and an alarm sound will be given to remind in time, and the pump will stop automatically after 5 minutes of no treatment.

• Auto-range

When D150 ion chromatograph is operated, it is easy to realize the simultaneous determination of 5ppb-100ppm concentration sample without setting the range, and the signal is displayed with digital signal μs/cm.

• Gas Liquid Separator

The bubble in the eluent will increase the baseline noise and reduce the sensitivity. A micro gas-liquid separator is set in the pipeline between the infusion pump and the eluent bottle to separate the bubble in the eluent from the eluent.

• Timing Startup Preheating

It usually takes about 1 hour for the ion chromatograph to balance the system from start-up to sample injection analysis. When the user has prepared the eluent (or pure water for the eluent), he can set the start-up running time of the instrument in advance (the maximum setting is 24 hours), complete the start-up operation and all parameter settings.

• Intelligent Maintenance

Set “intelligent maintenance”, the instrument can complete the flow path switch to the pure water path, the flow rate is set to 0.5ml/min, running for 1 hour.

Micro-deposition Improves Analysis

DiscovIR’s unique temperature controlled, vacuum deposition method ensures that results are accurate and reproducible. Eluted peaks are first deposited in a film onto a rotating IR-transparent disc. The disk rotates the concentrated spot into the infrared beam and the spectrum is collected.
