AccuID™ is a SMT component reel barcode label reader. The system is a bench top unit that can read multiple barcodes in any orientation all in one frame. Base on the user defined prefix of each barcode or a script to parse any 2D barcode label, the system sorts the barcode into entities such as Part Number, Date Code, Lot Code and Quantity. User can also print barcode labels from the application.

The system come with basic function to output entities as a sequence of keystroke into users’ existing applications. For more complicated applications, a user interface is offered to allow maximum flexibility to write to custom data base or to interface with MES and ERP systems.

AccuID™ is perfect for creating unique ID (license plate) label for placement equipment component verificaiton system and incoming label verification to minimize wrong label being applied onto reels of SMT component.

The GAR1200 is an in-line router machine specially designed to route (depanelize) large panels with PCB size up to 350mm x 310mm into individual units. It is a fast, space-saving, and accurate machine designed for high volume production with minimal operator participation.

It has two worktables. While one of the worktables is in high-speed routing operation, the other worktable works with the robotic P&P module to unload boards and load the new PCB panel.

The Kardex Miniload-in-a-Box* is part of the product family Vertical Buffer Module (VBM) and provides solutions for fast-growing product ranges with limited storage space. The system uses a lightweight mini-load crane with a telescopic gripper to individually transport bins or trays to the access opening point.

The new Kardex Megamat is an automated carousel which rotates vertically around a track to bring stored inventory to an operator. 

Liquid coolants are not only intended to facilitate heat transfer but also to avoid corrosion and biological growth risk. Koolance coolants are designed to prevent clogging of components and generally last 2-3 years before replacement is recommended. (Shelf-life is 3 years.) They are available in 702 and 705 series, offered in bottles or 700 ml containers.
