Idex – MicroTight® Adapters – VHP MicroTight® Adapters

These VHP MicroTight adapters were created to facilitate connecting fused silica and other capillary tubing to standard 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing or standard luer-lock connectors. Available versions include fittings for adapting to 0.025 inches (MicroTight Sleeves), 1/32 inches, and 360µm outer diameters. VHP adapters deliver a pressure rated to 12,000 psi (828 bar).

Our High Pressure Adapter allow you to easily connect 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing to 1/32 inches outer diameter tubing while maintaining optimal high pressure. It’s made from stainless steel delivering durability and continued high pressure compatibility.

Our VHP MicroTight Adapter delivers an inline true zero dead volume allowing two pieces of tubing to perfectly butt together. It is mechanically crafted from stainless steel allowing it to withstand pressures of 12,000 psi (828 bar).

Our VHP Stainless Steel MicroTight Adapter Body offers ease of use for common capillary tubing. Our adapter creates true zero dead volume connection which allows tubing to connect completely without interfering with the fluidic path. This adapter has a thread port configuration of 10-32 Coned to 6-40 Coned.

Our new VHP MicroTight Adapting Tee allow you to connect 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing to 360 µm tubing at a right angle. It is made from stainless steel and our PK material giving it high pressure capabilities.
