Our 4 Way PEEK Valves offers three flow-path versions and biocompatible flow paths making it chemically inert and delivering excellent chemical resistance. PEEK and fluoropolymer construction yields a valve as durable as it is economical.There are Standard or Bulkhead Mount versions available. Our valves have a low swept volume and it can withstand pressures to 500 psi (34 bar).

Micro-Metering Valves consistently produce fine control of fluid flow rates. When used with a tee it can reduce outgoing flow to as low as 3.5 µL/min (@ 1 mL/min incoming flow rate with room temperature water). These needle valves are perfect for use with peristaltic pump fluid-transfer applications, mass spectrometry, and fraction collection. Micro-Metering Valves can also be used to regulate gas flow in helium sparging lines and as flow-dependent variable back pressure regulators. Flow path materials are PEEK polymer (valve body, needle) and PTFE (O-rings). The fittings included with the valves are manufactured from PEEK polymer only (10-32 threaded version) and PEEK and Tefzel® (1/4-28 threaded versions). All versions of these valves have 0.020 inches thru-holes.

Biocompatible Shut-Off Valves effectively stop a flow stream quickly. The bodies are manufactured from either PEEK™ or Tefzel® (ETFE) with a rotor, making them highly resistant to chemical attack. Try one of our ETFE valves, which turn at a low torque and hold to 500 psi (34.5 bar). The blue colorant used in some valve configurations has proven not to leach out with most common HPLC solvents. Connect semirigid polymer tubing, such as PEEK or Fluoropolymer e.g., FEP, PFA, with the Flangeless Fittings provided. Soft tubing, such as Pharmed® or Tygon®, may be connected to these valves using our 1/4-28 barbed adapters.

Our Fittings Tools are designed to assist you with your connections. Our Extender Tools are excellent choices to aid it the imperative tightening process. can be used to tighten most of our knurled nuts in hard to reach places. For precise tightening, the extender tools listed with 1/4 inches hex drives are designed to adapt to any torque wrench with a female 1/4 inches socket, such as the VHP-4000 Torque Driver. Our durable wrenches are slotted to fit over 1/16 inches and 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing, and have 1/4 inches and 5/16 inches internal hex ends. Our wrench is designed to engage with the heads of the hex-head fittings most commonly used with our valves and stainless steel fittings. For your convenience, we offer wrenches in three easy to use standard sizes. Our tools also feature FlushNut™ wrenches, used to tighten the FlushNuts. Our Removal Tools are specifically designed to detach LiteTouch® and Super Flangeless™ Ferrules from tubing. Simply slide the appropriate tool blade slot between the lock ring and the ferrule body. With a slight twist, the ring will pop off, releasing the ferrule from the tubing. Please Note: This Removal Tool will not work with the LT-135 Ferrule System.

Our Manufacturer Specific Fittings Kits are optimal for use with legacy HPLC systems. They are customized for specific manufacturers’ systems. Our numerous kits contain a variety of fittings and accessories that have been selected for use with for the unique needs of each manufacturer specifications still in use today. Some of these are Beckman, Hewlett Packard, Varian and many others.

Our unique tubing cutters allow you to cut polymer tubing to your specific length ensuring burr free ends and providing zero dead volume connections. Our precision cutters for fused silica tubing ensures clean, trouble free cutting of fused silica tubing. We also offer a unique tubing awl to help when you are working with barbed fittings.

Our Polymer Tubing Kits are optimally designed for use in high-pressure applications. Our PEEK tubing kits include our distinct PEEK tubing which is inert to most solvents and give it a smooth internal surface that improves the resolution of sample bands. We have developed a variety of color options for easy coding and identification. Our Tefzel (ETFE) tubing kits provides tubing that is designed with three of the most common inner diameters and its unique material provides low gas permeability.

MicroTight Tubing Sleeves feature an outer diameter of 0.025 inches and offer a wide assortment of inner diameters to help facilitate capillary tubing connections with our MicroTight accessories. Because the sleeves are manufactured from PEEK polymer, they carry an upper temperature threshold of 125 ºC. To use these sleeves properly, choose a sleeve with an inner diameter 0.001 inches – 0.002 inches (25 – 50 μm) larger than the outer diameter of your capillary tubing. Then, slip the sleeve over your flow path tubing, such that your tubing extends all the way through the sleeve, but not beyond the end of the sleeve. Choose the correct fitting that corresponds with your receiving port, slide it over the sleeved flow path tubing and connect as normal.
