Idex – Fluidic Tubing Sleeves – NanoTight™ Tubing Sleeves
NanoTight Tubing Sleeves are manufactured using versatile Dupont® FEP and are precisely cut to a 1.6 inches length. We offer a wide assortment of sleeves ensuring availability for most applications. Many of the sleeves feature a light color tint that can help more easily identify the inner diameter for future orders. Because FEP is the base polymer for these sleeves, there is a maximum recommended continuous operating temperature of 50 ºC.

Available products of NanoTight™ Tubing Sleeves
Our NanoTight Tubing Sleeve is specifically cut to a precise 1.6 inches length. Our sleeves are carefully manufactured using FEP fluoropolymer – a highly inert, melt-processed polymer that serves as an excellent alternative to PTFE. These sleeves are available in a light tinted color that allows easy identification of the ID. They are primarily used with NanoTight Fittings and work well with Super Flangeless Fittings.
