The NM8 Flexi machine incorporates all the concepts of the NM6 Flexi machine that have made this lathe one of the most efficient products on the market.

Thanks to the new design and to the use of two completely independent cross tables for the front and back machining units, the NM8 Flexi breaks the limits of flexibility and performance. Two parts can be manufactured at the same time: one part machined in the turning and front machining unit while the second part positioned in the counter spindle is undergoing back and side operations.

EDM line: the highest level of efficiency

Our erosion technology is compact thanks to the high level of integration of all important systems and units as well as the highly rigid machine body made of cast iron and polymer concrete. The stable and robust design of all machine components ensures our systems are durable and reliable.

The Felsomat stacker cell with its unique functional design offers possibilities for the material flow of manufacturing lines which are rarely realized with other decoupling modules. The palletizer unit works in two stacking directions, and it is therefore possible to introduce and retrieve stacks at the same position making a central interface for the operator and eliminates unnecessary space required for loading the cell at multiple points. When the central loading door is open, a stack with finished components can be retrieved and a new stack with rough parts introduced into the loading bay of the cell. The stack change is confirmed at the control panel.
