Debubblers utilize a porous Poridex membrane to rapidly clear bubblers from locations where bubble introduction cannot be avoided. When Poridex is used as a degassing transfer line tail it can also remove dissolved gases in locations where a standard degassing chamber won’t fit.

Our uniquely designed Bottom-of-the-Bottle Filters effectively protect your system by filtering out particulate matter that my otherwise damage expensive hardware. Our durable stainless steel specifically designed to allow solvents to be drawn from within 1/8 inches of the bottom of your bottle. Our UHMWPE version allows tubing to pass through to the bottom of the filter cup, enabling the filter to draw solvent from within 0.10 inches (2.5 mm) of the bottom of your solvent bottle. This widely known and durable polymer is an economical choice. Our PEEK version is biocompatible and includes two built-in PEEK frits. Our PEEK frit (2 μm or 10 μm) will draw solvents from within 0.080 inches (2.0 mm) of the bottom of the solvent bottle. The 2μm frit on the side may be used for a 1/8 inches outer diameter helium sparging line.

Biocompatible Semi-Prep Filters consist of a stainless steel body, two PEEK end fittings, and a separate PEEK frit. These filters are ideal for many higher flow analytical, semi-prep and preparative applications. Best of all, if the filter becomes clogged, simply unscrew the assembly, remove the frit and replace it. The frits are interchangeable.

Metric Flangeless Fittings offer the same benefits as our Flangeless Fittings with the additional feature of being used for metric tubing and ports. They are specifically designed to connect 1.8, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, or 4.0 mm outer diameter tubing to flat-bottom ports when paired with the appropriate M6, 1/4-28, or 5/16-24 Flangeless Nuts. We also offer M6-threaded nuts to connect 1/16 inches or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing, plus a tubing sleeve to facilitate 1.0 mm outer diameter tubing connections.

The dual compression created by the specially designed nut and ferrule enables the SealTight Fittings system to outperform standard finger tightened fittings. The forward cone of the SealTight Ferrule provides gripping power and a leak-free seal via conventional compression by the receiving port. The slotted end creates the second compression zone in conjunction with a SealTight Nut.
