Flexible Operations, Effortless Deployment

B300 seamlessly blends high load capacity with unparalleled flexibility with its 300kg payload. Supporting various end-effectors, it caters to the automatic material handling needs across diverse workshop scenarios, including streamlined transfer mechanisms, encompassing rollers, belts, synchronous belt transfers, and backpack-style racks. With B300, companies can enjoy automatic map updates without scene modifications, and leverage multiple application modules and standard interfaces for direct integration with MES/WMS systems.

Safety and Protection

The B300 is outfitted with sensors and collision detection for intelligent detection and recognition. Featuring 360°safety protection, the front hosts a laser measurement radar with a 260° scanning range while rear-point laser sensors support deceleration zones, stop zones, and emergency stop zones. Enhancing safety further are two emergency stop buttons, strategically positioned on the front and rear of the robot for urgent AMR braking.

Powerful Scheduling

The B300, with its advanced distributed control system, supports upper-level task execution and data collection. It effortlessly switches working modes in various scenarios, deploying intelligent traffic control. Experience real-time scheduling capabilities, managing up to 200 robots concurrently. Each robot is equipped for automatic charging, manual charging, and maintenance battery exchange, ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 operation with swift response times.
