Kolb – Proofer – Reach-in Proofer
Proofer is able to accelerate fermentation process of dough with pre-set temperature and humidity. Kolb offers two types of proofer, reach-in model and roll-in model.
Kolb proofer also offers remarkable insulation and stability, available in different size for your selection.
For Reach-in Proofer, it is designed for in-store bakeries or small workshops.
