Idex – Flat-Bottom Fittings – Flanged Fittings

Flanged Fittings are and excellent choice for making flanged tubing conntections. They are compatible with most standard 1/4-28 or M6 Flat-Bottom ports. The hard, inert Delrin® (acetal resin) nut has been optimized to resist cross threading or loosening during use, while the TEFZEL™ (ETFE) nuts work well in chemically aggressive environments. Our fittings for 1/16 inches or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing are supplied with a nut and a 316 stainless steel washer. There are multiple selections of head styles, materials, and colors to choose from.

Flanged Fittings come in a variety of materials and head styles making it an optimal choice for standard 1/4-28 or M6 Flat-Bottom ports. Most of our Flanged Fittings are made of versatile Delrin which is manufactured to resists cross threading or loosening during use which delivers excellent dimensional stability. We also offer the Fittings in TEFZEL (ETFE) which is ideal for use in chemically aggressive environments.

Stainless Steel Replacement Washers are strong and durable, made with 316 Stainless Steel. They are designed for to work in conjunction with Flanged Fittings. They are designed specifically for 1/16 or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing and M6 Flat-Bottom port geometry.
