Idex – Fluoropolymer Tubing – ETFE Tubing

Our ETFE Tubing constructed with Tefzel™ ETFE resin is chemically inert and delivers excellent solvent resistance. It offers a structure that is more rigid than PTFE, FEP, and PFA making this tubing better able to resist inner diameter collapse. This material delivers more durability and is less gas permeable. It has operating temperatures of up to 80°C.

Our NanoTight Kits are carefully manufactured using Dupont® FEP fluoropolymer – a highly inert, melt-processed polymer that serves as an excellent alternative to PTFE. A wide assortment of sleeves is available, ensuring the availability of a NanoTight sleeve for most applications. Our kit is designed to increase flexibility and convenience at a lower per-piece price than if the components were purchased separately.

Tefzel (ETFE) Tubing delivers enhanced pressure-holding capabilities and continuous mechanical stability. Tefzel tubing is also ideal for solvent resistance. The unique material used for this tubing provides low gas permeability.
