Idex – Degassers – Debubblers
Debubblers utilize a porous Poridex membrane to rapidly clear bubblers from locations where bubble introduction cannot be avoided. When Poridex is used as a degassing transfer line tail it can also remove dissolved gases in locations where a standard degassing chamber won’t fit.
Due to the porous nature of Poridex it can only be used with water based solutions without detergents or emulsifiers.

IDEX Bubble traps capture and rapidly clear bubbles to ensure consistent and reliable system fluids free of problem causing bubbles. Bubble traps are ideal in location where user introduced bubbles are possible. Do to the porous nature of Poridex it can only be used with water based solutions without detergents or emulsifiers.

The transfer line degassing tail removes dissolved solids to eliminate bubbles from caused by outgassing later in the fluid path. Do to the porous nature of Poridex it can only be used with water based solutions without detergents or emulsifiers.

Where space is limited the Poridex Transfer Line Degasser allows fluid degassing in a standard line to avoid bubbles cause by outgassing downstream in the fluid path to improve system reliability. Due to the porous nature of Poridex it can only be used with water based solutions without detergents or emulsifiers.
Our Active Debubbler rapidly removes bubbles from the fluid stream of low pressure systems such as diagnostic instrumentation. Removing system bubbles improves instrument precision and reliability. Unlike passive bubble traps where bubble removal is dependent on backpressure, the Active Debubbler can be installed before or after a pump and provides consistent debubbling regardless of the system conditions. Choose a 2.5 or 5.0 mL volume bubble trap depending on your syringe volume.
