Large Grinding Machine/Electric Motor Driven

Centerless Grinding Machine / Workpiece / Continuous
Two-speed centerless abrasive belt grinder for the satin finishing and polishing of round parts up to 110 mm in diameter and up to 1 m in length. For longer lengths additional workpiece support guides are available. The grinding head is equipped with a belt tensioning and centering system, and the contact wheel available in different diameters according to the need. The centerless group with grooved rubber wheel and various workpiece support accessories, has variable speed to adjust the rolling speed of the workpiece according to the diameter. Electronic regulation and in continuous progression from 15 to 75 rpm. Equipped with electrical system in watertight metal box.
Available in dry or wet processing version to meet all production needs.

Flat Grinding Machine / Band
Abrasive belt grinding machine on contact wheel or flat two-speed ideal for deburring operations on pieces of different types. The operating head mounted on a column base is adjustable both in height and in inclination ensuring the best working position for the operator. The contact wheel is covered with grooved rubber to allow maximum removal capacity and the best use of the abrasive belt. In flat workings, the tape runs on a graphite canvas band, this makes the work much softer. Prepared for the connection of a self-filtering suction system that picks up the dust during processing directly from the working point.

Pipe End Grinding Machine / Large
Belt sanding machine for cleaning and grinding operations on round tubulars with diameters from 10 to 400 mm. The free belt slides on two vulcolan rollers mounted on a compensated fork which allows the roller to adapt to any deformation of the piece. Equipped with contrast group with grooved rubber roller that slides on an adjustable guide by handwheel according to the diameter of the tube. Available for large tubular support roller conveyors in line with the machine.

Variable-Angle Notching Machine / Manual / Tube / with Abrasive Belt
Abrasive belt grinder, “tube notcher”, for full radii on tubes or full round or rectangular 2-speed. Designed as a machine tool for the production of coupling radii, it can create radii from R = 10 to R = 150. Diameter of round pipes up to 150 mm and square pieces up to 150 x 150 mm with coupling angles from 15 ° to 90 °. The trolley group is adjustable in all directions and is composed of a longitudinal positioning trolley, a transverse trolley to ensure gentle processing and the use of the entire width of the belt and a vertical trolley to allow the execution of even moved spokes from the center of the piece. The processing takes place on a 90 shore hard rubber contact wheel mounted on two types of forks capable of covering the entire range of diameters, on request up to 300 mm.
Equipped with hood for dust extraction to which to connect the self-filtering cyclone.

Variable-Angle Notching Machine / Manual / Tube / with Abrasive Belt
Automatic grinder for cleaning welds on edges of boxes at 90 °. Equipped with a large base for supporting the piece with a pneumatic locking system, it can work edges up to 800 or 1500 mm. The operating head approaches the area to be machined thanks to a trolley equipped with a pneumatic cylinder and advances along the entire edge to be worked by means of a trolley with recirculating ball guides, gearmotor and trapezoidal screw transmission which also allow it to regulate its movement speed . Once the starting point of the machining has been set, the head advances along the edge, at the end it stops and unlocks the piece to allow the operator to position the next edge and continue processing without having to return to the zero point. The working pressure is manually adjustable by bringing the head closer to the piece. Control panel with standard push-button panel or touch screen on request.
The version with two operating heads is available for greater productivity. PLUS version available with three machining movements, vertical, horizontal and oscillation for radiusing only on models with touch screens.
