Key Features
- modular design, you can flexibly cooperate with single or two lathes or machining centers
- the workpiece is stored using standard pallets
- robots, parts, storage devices, and peripheral components are mounted on a simple platform
- storage capacity depends on the size of the workpiece
- the workpiece is stored in pallets and can be adapted to different directions and grasping requirements
- the entire memory cell has 5 drawers for storage of artifacts
- the robot unit can be programmed to run the same action on a single machine tool or on a OP10+OP20 two machine tool
- replacement time is very short, only need to replace a handle, tray and transfer procedures
- compact structure, small footprint
- minimize logistics management. Pallets can be used as materials for delivering materials from materials to finished products
- an operator can operate multiple robot units, each robot unit can provide up to two devices
