Dynamic Series Regenerators

The Dynamic Series units feature a boiling chamber equipped with an internal rotor fitted with scraping blades and ATEX-certified metal paddles.
This system keeps the product in continuous motion, enabling the extraction of even the smallest solvent droplets during the final concentration phase.
This type of boiler can also be equipped with a vacuum unit.
For certain products with suitable properties, a completely dry residue is obtained, making it easier and safer for the operator to discharge. Waste disposal is also more economical, as the residue is lighter and less bulky.
Additionally, thanks to the integrated scraper, the system provides a self-cleaning boiler that remains clean without additional operating costs (the use of Rec-Bag bags is no longer necessary).
It is also possible to automatically launch multiple regeneration cycles, including a final concentration cycle.
This allows for fully automated operation throughout the day (including boiler loading), followed by overnight cooling so that the dry residue can be safely discharged the next morning.
The boiler design ensures the recovery of clean, untainted solvent, even when foam forms during the distillation process.
