Distatic Series Regenerators

The Distatic Series units are characterized by the use of “Rec-Bag” bags, which keep the boiling chamber clean at all times and allow for easy waste handling by the operator.
The size and design of the boiling chamber ensure the recovery of clean, untainted solvent, even in the presence of foam formation during distillation.
The residue obtained at the end of the distillation cycle is cake-like. Thanks to the distillation bag, the operator can easily remove the bag from the boiler with the waste contained inside.

Several options are available for this equipment, including:
• A vacuum system for distilling solvents with a high boiling point
• Automatic launch of multiple regeneration cycles (professional series)
• Automatic solvent loading into the boiler, via level control (using a pump or Venturi effect from the vacuum system)

• Solvent recovery system size available: 15, 30, 60, 120, 160, 230 litters.
• For equipment from 60 litters: 2 cycles per day possible (“Rec-Bag” are suitable for 2 cycles).
• Except “Rec-Bag”, nearly no consumption of spare parts.
