RheBuild® Kits offer an easy and cost effective way to maintain most of our valve products. Included in each individualized RheBuild Kit are all the parts, tools, and instructions to maintain the precision performance of our valve platforms. RheBuild Kits are convenient and eliminate the need to order individual parts separately.

Back Pressure Regulators are designed to enhance system performance through outgassing prevention and improved pump check valve efficiency. It includes 5 and 20psi assemblies (replacement cartridges not available), a variety of pressure rated cartridges and assemblies, PEEK and stainless steel BPR holders, high pressure adjustable BPR for pressure between 2000 and 5000psi and ultra-low volume BPRs set to 100 and 500psi.

Our Stand Alone Valve Products offer more sophisticated functionality. Versatile, they can be added to your existing instrument or in stand-alone lab configurations. Choose an automated valve if the application requires fast, consistent sample injection or flow-stream switching. Some other advantages of automated valves include control options (PC- or instrument-triggered), higher pressure operation, valve-position feedback, or very small flow paths. Note: For Valves please allow an additional 8 days lead time.

Our reusable VHP Fittings are capable of up to ten repeat assembly cycles with no impact on pressure holding ability or carry-over. They are pressure rated up to 25000psi making them ideal for UHPLC applications. They are designed for the most commonly used ports in UHPLC that being 10-32 threads for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing and M4 threads for 1/32 inches outer diameter. They are manufactured from stainless steel and proprietary PEEK polymer blend (PK) ensuring strength and chemical compatibility.

Like the NanoTight™ FEP Sleeves, these PEEK Tubing Sleeves are designed to be used with 1/16 inches outer diameter, 10-32 threaded fittings to adapt capillary tubing to standard coned ports. They are designed to withstand higher pressure than the FEP sleeves. Made of PEEK polymer, these 1.3 inches long sleeves can be used up to 125 °C. These sleeves require a wrench tightened nut to achieve proper sealing. We recommend the F-140 Two-Piece Fingertight Fitting, which includes a PEEK ferrule or the hex-head SealTight™ fittings. Many researchers also use a stainless steel nut and ferrule with these sleeves, such as our U-400 and U-401.
