    The Schleuniger SemiRigid 1050 is designed for stripping aluminum or copper jacketed semi-rigid coaxial cable from 0.86 mm (0.034“) up to 4.5 mm (0.177“) O.D. Thanks to the predefined cable stripping templates and the intuitive color touchscreen user interface, cable programs can be created and stored within a very short time.

    The operator inserts the cable and starts the stripping process by pressing the footpedal. As soon as the cable is processed, the grippers open and the cable can be removed by the operator.

    The JacketStrip 8310 precisely slits the outer jacket of insulated cables. Due to the unique floating blade system, round or out-of-round cable jackets can be processed without damaging the cable layers beneath.     Prism – Residual stress measurement based on hole-drilling and ESPI Prism is an advanced hole-drilling system that dramatically improves the ability to make quick and accurate residual stress measurements. Just like the conventional strain gage hole-drilling systems, the instrument measures changes in the part surface caused by the hole drilling and determines the previously existing residual stresses. However, the often time-consuming application of strain gages is avoided and a large area around the hole is analyzed, not averages from just a few areas. Prism measures surface distortion using electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI). Only minimal sample preparation is required. The update of the coefficient data set in 2015 has significantly improved the quality of the stress results. This also increases the relative depth from which reasonable results can be expected.

    Residual stress and retained austenite measurements with Xstress Xstress Robot system consists of a robot goniometer with G3 tube holder attached conveniently to an easily movable carrier, X3003 main unit and XTronic software.
