Many industrial processes for the transfer or dosing of fluids are about products like effluent, sludge or other waste type often loaded with solids or semi-solids. It is important that the installations used have grinding equipment capable of reducing the solids to fine particles in order to protect the downstream equipment without slowing down or interrupting the entire process.

For handling powders and granules from dosing systems to their point of use, we offer the following conveying systems:
– Screw conveyors (endless screw: friction-based transport system)
– Pneumatic conveyors (solid particles moved by gas pressure pulses or vacuum suction):
  – very limited wear, low maintenance
  – ATEX certified
– Mechanical conveyors (cables, ropes, or chains: solid particles moved by a friction transport system):
  – long-distance transport with the possibility to change direction
  – transport of fragile products without product degradation
  – transport of abrasive and high-temperature products (up to 120°C)
  – reduced energy consumption
  – ATEX certified (zone 1-21; zone 2-22)
– Aeromechanical conveyors (cables or ropes, solid particles transported in suspension):
  – transport of fluid, sticky, or fragile products, or different particle sizes
  – higher throughput, very limited wear, reduced maintenance
  – no need for filters or cyclones at the discharge point
  – ATEX certified (zone 0-20, zone 1-21; zone 2-22).
