PEEK Y Connectors are designed to split a stream or join two streams together, just like a tee. However, the configuration of a tee can lead to turbulent flow and solvent outgassing, which increases baseline noise and reduces sensitivity. The geometry of a Y connector creates less turbulence and thus can improve analytical results. All of these Y Connectors use 1/4-28 Flangeless fittings, except P-515 which uses 5/16-24 fittings (to accommodate larger tubing).

These special MicroTight fittings were created to facilitate connecting fused silica and other capillary tubing to standard 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing or standard luer-lock connectors. Available versions include fittings for adapting to 0.025 inches (MicroTight Sleeves), 1/32 inches, and 360µm outer diameters.

Our Barbed Reducing Unions have been engineered to effectively join together one piece of soft-walled tubing to a second piece of differently sized soft-walled tubing. This type of connector is typically the connector of choice for joining two peristaltic tubes with different inner diameters together. These are manufactured from either polypropylene or nylon.

Our Conical Adapters include several products that have been engineered to connect between soft-walled tubing and rigid-walled tubing. The Peristaltic Tubing Adapters included in this family of products come as 2-packs and can facilitate a very secure connection between the soft-walled tubing and 1/16 inches outer diameter rigid-walled tubing using the included compression fitting set. (Other tubing sizes can also function with the 1/4-28 threaded, flat-bottom ports that are part of the design of these adapters.) Our standard Conical Adapter Assemblies come individually packaged and can facilitate the connection of both 1/16 inches outer diameter and 1/8 inches outer diameter rigid-walled tubing to softer-walled tubing of varying inner diameter. While the Conical Adapter Assemblies are easy to use, they do not incorporate a locking collar, as do the Peristaltic Tubing Adapters. As such, the pressure rating for the Conical Adapter Assemblies tends to be lower than that offered with the Peristaltic Tubing Adapters.

Our Barbed Connector tools include Plastic Tubing Coiler Assemblies in both large and small sizes. These tools aid in the construction of a flow manifold or reaction coil. Each features a number of 0.13 inches holes evenly spaced, perfectly designed to pass soft-walled tubing with an outer diameter of 3.2 mm or less. By first threading your tubing through one of the holes and then wrapping your tubing around the shaft of the assembly, passing the tubing through each hole as you reach it, you can easily coil your soft-walled tubing in a uniform fashion. The Small Adapter is approximately 1.5 inches long; there is an optional, longer adapter that is 3 inches long and that features an additional pass-through hole for longer coils. Each adapter is manufactured from acetal resin for mechanical strength and durability.

The RI detector provides high resolution and low dispersion detection for HPLC applications. The optical units are also available for integration into OEM based systems. Three sizes are available based on your required flow rate needs.

TinyTight™ Fittings are easy-to-use alternatives for Lee Company 062 MINSTAC fittings systems. These fittings consist of a TinyTight Ferrule which works with the 6-40 threaded nut, M-644-03. Choose from two ferrule options, with 0.020 inches (0.50 mm) or 0.030 inches (0.75 mm) thru-holes.

These adapters are designed specifically to make reliable connections to female 1/8 inches and 1/4 inches National Pipe Thread (NPT) ports. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK, NPT Adapters are durable and chemically resistant. We provide versions with either 1/4-28 or 5/16-24 flat-bottom threads, suitable for most low pressure applications.
