1-D precast gels for isoelectric focusing (IEF) and protein 2-D gel electrophore- sis. Individual proteins are separated by isoelectric point (pI)
This is an one-dimensional isoelectric focusing agarose gel used for two-dimensional electrophoresis of proteins.

Key Features
ATTO – Agarose Gel
- Ready to use
- A plenty volume of protein samples can be applied and separated
- Protein samples of high molecular weight (100 ~ 250 kDa) can also be separated.
- The gel can be easily removed from the column after electrophoresis
- A high-voltage power source is unnecessary. OK with constant voltage 300V, 150-210 min.
- Approximate separation pattern can be confirmed during fixation of the gel after electrophoresis
- agarGEL can be stored for up to 1 month at -20℃ after 1st electrophoresis and then 2nd electrophoresis
- Compatible electrophoresis apparatus: ATTO 2D Electrophoresis System (WSE-1510 DiscRun Ace)
- 1-DE: agarGEL pH 5 to 8
- 2-DE: e-PAGEL 12.5% (2D electrophoresis)
