Idex – Flat-Bottom Fittings – Two-Piece SealTight™ Flangeless Fittings
The dual compression created by the specially designed nut and ferrule enables the SealTight Fittings system to outperform standard finger tightened fittings. The forward cone of the SealTight Ferrule provides gripping power and a leak-free seal via conventional compression by the receiving port. The slotted end creates the second compression zone in conjunction with a SealTight Nut.

Our SealTight Flangeless Nut design makes high pressure flat-bottom 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing connections possible. It’s unique design minimizes tubing twists and typically is tightened only 1/4 turn past the point of initial compression.
Our SealTight Flangeless Ferrule delivers strength and reliability. It consists of two PEEK™ components pressed together to create a single ferrule capable of holding PEEK tubing to pressures as high as 5,000 psi (345 bar).
